Wat ga je doen? Je werkt samen met het financiële team aan de administraties van de maak- en handelsbedrijven die onder Hardeman Staal Holding vallen. Je kijkt niet alleen naar de cijfers, maar leert ook begrijpen wat erachter zit. Zo houd je je onder meer bezig met: - Controleren en waar nodig corrigeren van administraties van verschillende bedrijven; - Verzorgen van btw-aangiftes en voorbereiden van maand- en jaarafsluitingen; - Controleren van kosten en deze vergelijken met de opgestelde begrotingen; - Ondersteunen bij het financiële beheer van vastgoed, zoals energie- en servicekostenafrekeningen; - Leningen bijhouden, rente berekenen en achterstallige rente en aflossingen signaleren; - Documentatie bijhouden, zoals lenings- en huurovereenkomsten en stukken rond dividenduitkeringen.
