- Junior Controller Ben jij analytisch sterk en wil je bijdragen aan het verbeteren van financiële processen? Wij zijn op zoek naar een enthousiaste Junior Controller die financiële inzichten weet om te zetten in concrete adviezen. Je werkt nauw samen met de Financieel Manager en de collega's van de (Financiële) Administratie. Je krijgt de kans om een belangrijke rol te spelen in de financiële sturing van de organisatie én actief mee te denken over procesverbeteringen, automatisering en managementinformatie. Wat ga je doen? Langezaal is volop in ontwikkeling. Als Junior Controller ondersteun je bij de professionalisering van de financiële processen. Je signaleert afwijkingen, denkt mee over procesoptimalisatie en automatiseringsvraagstukken en adviseert over (proces) verbeteringen. Je werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit: - HBO werk- en denkniveau, bij voorkeur in Finance, Bedrijfseconomie, Accountancy of vergelijkbaar. - Minimaal 3 jaar relevante werkervaring binnen een financiële functie, accountancy of controlling. - Analytisch vermogen en in staat om organisatiebrede analyses te maken. - Opstellen van financiële rapportages, analyses en managementinformatie. - Ondersteunen bij budgetten, forecasts en liquiditeitsprognoses. - Ondersteunen bij maand-, kwartaal- en jaarafsluitingen. - Uitvoeren van controles op financiële gegevens en processen. - Ondersteunen bij audits en diverse financiële projecten. - Ontwikkelen en beheren van Power BI-dashboards op basis van financiële, operationele en projectmatige datastromen - Vertalen van informatiebehoeften vanuit verschillende afdelingen naar bruikbare rapportages en systemen.
