Je start met het verwerken van operationele boekingen en groeit stap voor stap door naar het zelfstandig behandelen van boten. Daarbij zorg je dat exportzendingen goed zijn voorbereid en dat alle informatie klopt. Je werkt met laadlijsten, IMO-lijsten, reefer manifesten en exportdouanedocumenten, en regelt ook het lokale transport. Met jouw nauwkeurige aanpak houd je het overzicht in een dynamische havenomgeving. In deze functie ben je een belangrijke schakel binnen de exportoperatie. Je ondersteunt eerst bij de operationele boekingen en krijgt daarna de kans om steeds meer zelfstandig boten te behandelen. Je zorgt ervoor dat exportzendingen goed worden voorbereid, vastgelegd en afgestemd met alle betrokken partijen. Daarbij houd je contact met klanten, rederijen, terminals en vervoerders om het proces soepel te laten verlopen. Het is een praktische rol waarin je stap voor stap groeit in de wereld van zeevracht en export. Je werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit: - maken en bevestigen van exportboekingen; - opstellen en afstemmen van laadlijsten, IMO-lijsten en reefer manifesten; - regelen van lokaal transport; - opmaken van exportdouanedocumenten; - coördineren tussen klant, rederij, terminal en vervoerder; - meegroeien naar het zelfstandig behandelen van boten. - Je werkt in een omgeving waar nauwkeurigheid en samenwerking belangrijk zijn.
