The posting

Bij een technisch dienstverlener in industriële automatisering en IT in Eindhoven leer je hoe je industriële processen bestuurt met DCS-systemen. Als Junior DCS Engineer werk je onder begeleiding van een ervaren engineer aan configuraties in PCS7 en andere DCS-platformen. Je vertaalt functionele ontwerpen naar procesregelingen, sequenties en bedieningsbeelden voor projecten in food, feed, water en chemie. Zo bouw je stap voor stap kennis op van procesbesturing en de samenhang tussen software en installaties. In de dagelijkse praktijk configureer je blokken en visualisaties en bespreek je technische keuzes met je begeleider en team. Je leert je werk systematisch te controleren en procesfuncties begrijpelijk weer te geven voor operators. Voor je ontwikkeling kun je vrijwillig gebruikmaken van een interne opleidingsomgeving met systeemtrainingen, praktijkopstellingen en persoonlijke coaching. Daarmee verdiep je zowel je technische kennis als je communicatievaardigheden. Functie-inhoud - DCS-configuraties ontwikkelen onder begeleiding van een ervaren engineer - Functionele ontwerpen vertalen naar procesregelingen en besturingslogica - PCS7-blokken en sequenties configureren - Procesbeelden en visualisaties opbouwen voor de bediening van installaties - Configuraties controleren en technische keuzes afstemmen met je team - Je kennis van procesbesturing toepassen in food, feed, water en chemie Functie-eisen - Je hebt een technische hbo-opleiding afgerond of hbo-werk- en denkniveau door relevante werkervaring - Je hebt interesse in procesbesturing en DCS-toepassingen - Kennis van PCS7 of andere DCS-systemen is een pre, geen vereiste - Je bent leergierig en wilt je verder ontwikkelen in industriële automatisering - Je communiceert gemakkelijk en beheerst de Nederlandse taal Aanbod - Bruto maandsalaris tussen € 2.800 en € 3.400 (indicatie op basis van functie en ervaring) - Begeleiding door ervaren engineers en vrijwillige deelname aan een persoonlijk opleidingstraject - R.
