The posting

Bij een technisch dienstverlener in Gorinchem werk je aan procesbesturing voor de food-, feed-, water- en chemiesector. Als Junior DCS Engineer vertaal je functionele ontwerpen naar configuraties in Siemens PCS7 en andere DCS-systemen. Je bouwt onder begeleiding van een ervaren engineer aan procesregelingen, sequenties en procesbeelden. Zo leer je hoe besturingssoftware en visualisatie samen zorgen voor een beheersbaar productieproces en een duidelijke bediening voor operators. In je dagelijkse werk configureer je blokken, bespreek je de werking van regelingen en stem je technische keuzes af met je team. Je hoeft PCS7 nog niet te beheersen: interesse in procesautomatisering en de bereidheid om te leren vormen je vertrekpunt. Met systeemtrainingen, cursussen en praktijkgerichte oefeningen verdiep je je kennis. Ervaren collega's ondersteunen je bij projecten, terwijl je stap voor stap groeit naar meer zelfstandigheid in DCS-engineering. Functie-inhoud - Functionele ontwerpen vertalen naar DCS-configuraties onder begeleiding van een ervaren engineer - PCS7-blokken configureren voor procesbesturing en regelingen - Sequenties programmeren voor opeenvolgende processtappen - Procesbeelden en visualisaties ontwikkelen voor operators - De werking van configuraties controleren en verbeteringen bespreken met je team - Technische kennis toepassen in projecten binnen food, feed, water en chemie Functie-eisen - Een afgeronde technische hbo-opleiding of hbo-werk- en denkniveau door relevante werkervaring - Een achtergrond in elektrotechniek, mechatronica, automatiseringstechniek of ICT - Interesse in procesbesturing en DCS-toepassingen - Ervaring met Siemens PCS7 of andere DCS-systemen is een pre, geen vereiste - De motivatie om je via begeleiding en trainingen verder te ontwikkelen - Je communiceert gemakkelijk en beheerst de Nederlandse taal Aanbod - Bruto maandsalaris tussen € 2.800 en € 3.400 (indicatie op basis van functie en ervaring) - Fulltime of parttime werken met beg.
