The posting

Bij een technisch dienstverlener in Deventer werk je aan software- en hardwareprojecten voor industriële procesinstallaties. Als junior DCS engineer leer je onder begeleiding van een lead engineer hoe je functionele ontwerpen vertaalt naar DCS-configuraties. Je richt je op procesbesturing voor onder meer de voedingsindustrie, chemie en waterbehandeling. Daarbij maak je kennis met Siemens PCS7, CFC, SFC en de besturing van batchprocessen. In de dagelijkse praktijk ondersteun je bij functionele ontwerpen, configureer je eenvoudige logica en werk je aan visualisaties voor operators. Je helpt bij FAT- en SAT-testen en legt de werking van je configuraties vast in technische documentatie. Je werkt samen met junior engineers, ervaren consultants en je lead engineer. Via een persoonlijk opleidingstraject kun je technische trainingen en coaching volgen, zodat je stap voor stap zelfstandiger wordt en kunt doorgroeien naar medior DCS engineer. Functie-inhoud - Ondersteunen bij het opstellen van functionele ontwerpen voor procesinstallaties - Functionele beschrijvingen vertalen naar DCS-objecten en operatorvisualisaties - Eenvoudige besturingslogica configureren in Siemens PCS7 - Ondersteunen bij FAT- en SAT-testen van de procesbesturing - Basisdocumentatie opstellen voor configuraties en systeemwerking Functie-eisen - Je hebt een technische hbo-opleiding afgerond of hbo-werk- en denkniveau door relevante werkervaring - Je bent enthousiast over industriële automatisering en procesbesturing - Je wilt leren werken met DCS-systemen en doorgroeien binnen dit vakgebied - Je communiceert duidelijk en beheerst de Nederlandse taal - Ervaring met besturingstechniek is een pre; je kunt ook zonder deze ervaring starten Aanbod - Bruto maandsalaris tussen € 2.800 en € 3.200 (afhankelijk van kennis en ervaring) - Een salaris van € 2.800 tot € 3.200 per maand - Een werkweek van 32 tot 40 uur, met flexibele werktijden en een thuiswerkregeling - Begeleiding door een lead engineer en ontwikke.
