The posting

Bij een technisch dienstverlener in Deventer werk je aan procesbesturing voor de food-, feed-, water- en chemiesector. Als Junior DCS Engineer vertaal je functionele ontwerpen naar configuraties in Siemens PCS 7 en andere DCS-systemen. Je programmeert procesregelingen, configureert sequenties en bouwt procesbeelden waarmee operators installaties kunnen bedienen en bewaken. Een ervaren engineer begeleidt je bij de technische keuzes en de uitwerking van je software. In de dagelijkse praktijk werk je samen met junior engineers en ervaren consultants aan software- en hardwareprojecten. Je bespreekt functionele beschrijvingen, werkt besturingsblokken uit en ondersteunt bij inbedrijfstellingen. Ook leg je vast hoe de configuratie is opgebouwd, zodat collega's ermee verder kunnen. Met systeemtrainingen, cursussen en persoonlijke begeleiding verdiep je je kennis van DCS-engineering en ontwikkel je de communicatieve vaardigheden die bij projectmatig werken horen. Functie-inhoud - Functionele beschrijvingen vertalen naar DCS-configuraties onder begeleiding van een ervaren engineer - Procesregelingen en besturingsblokken configureren in Siemens PCS 7 - Sequenties uitwerken voor de aansturing van procesinstallaties - Procesbeelden en visualisaties bouwen voor bediening en bewaking - Ondersteunen bij inbedrijfstellingen van DCS-besturingen - Systeemconfiguraties en technische keuzes documenteren Functie-eisen - Een technische hbo-opleiding, zoals elektrotechniek, mechatronica, automatiseringstechniek of ICT, of hbo-werk- en denkniveau door relevante werkervaring - Interesse in procesbesturing en toepassingen van DCS-systemen - Kennis van Siemens PCS 7 of andere DCS-systemen is een pre, geen vereiste - Je wilt je actief ontwikkelen in configuratie, programmering en procesautomatisering - Je communiceert gemakkelijk met collega's en beheerst de Nederlandse taal Aanbod - Bruto maandsalaris tussen € 3.200 en € 3.650 (afhankelijk van kennis en ervaring) - Een salaris van € 3.200 t.
