Als Junior Engineer Besturingstechniek werk je bij een technische organisatie in de regio Roermond aan de besturing van industriële machines en installaties. Je leert hoe je functionele eisen vertaalt naar overzichtelijke PLC-software en een bruikbare HMI. Daarbij draait het niet alleen om programmeren: ook het begrijpen van sensoren, aandrijvingen, elektrische schema’s en machineveiligheid hoort bij het vak. Je bouwt stap voor stap aan besturingen die operators goed kunnen bedienen. In de dagelijkse praktijk combineer je engineering met testen, foutzoeken en het vastleggen van wijzigingen. Je stemt af met collega-engineers en monteurs en leert technische keuzes onderbouwen. Door mee te werken aan softwareaanpassingen en inbedrijfstelling ontwikkel je inzicht in de samenhang tussen software, elektrotechniek en mechanica. Zo groei je van afgebakende programmeertaken naar meer zelfstandigheid in besturingsprojecten. Functie-inhoud - Onder begeleiding PLC-software ontwikkelen en aanpassen - HMI-schermen opbouwen voor bediening, statusweergave en storingsmeldingen - I/O-signalen controleren aan de hand van elektrische schema’s - Besturingsfuncties testen en afwijkingen systematisch onderzoeken - Ondersteunen bij inbedrijfstelling van machines en installaties - Softwarewijzigingen, testresultaten en technische keuzes documenteren Functie-eisen - Een technische opleiding op mbo-4- of hbo-niveau, bijvoorbeeld elektrotechniek of mechatronica - Basiskennis van PLC-programmering, bijvoorbeeld vanuit een opleiding of stage - Inzicht in sensoren, actuatoren en elektrische schema’s - Interesse in HMI, industriële communicatie en machineveiligheid - Een nauwkeurige werkwijze en de bereidheid om vragen te stellen - Je werkt graag samen en kunt je technische bevindingen duidelijk uitleggen Aanbod - Bruto maandsalaris tussen € 2.900 en € 3.500 (indicatie op basis van functie en ervaring) - Een fulltime werkweek van 40 uur - Een detavastconstructie gericht op een overstap naar een.
