Vous avez une première expérience en audit ou en contrôle de gestion et vous parlez couramment le français et le néerlandais ? Une organisation bruxelloise bien établie du secteur non-marchand, active dans le domaine de la santé, recherche un·e Junior Financial Controller bilingue pour renforcer son équipe finance à Bruxelles. C'est un poste en intérim avec une réelle perspective d'engagement, au service d'une mission à fort impact social.

Vos missions en tant que Junior Financial Controller

  • Suivre les budgets et le réalisé (budget vs actual) par projet et par département
  • Préparer des reportings financiers clairs à destination de la direction et des parties prenantes
  • Participer aux clôtures mensuelles et annuelles
  • Tenir et améliorer la comptabilité analytique et la répartition des coûts
  • Contribuer au contrôle interne et à l'optimisation des processus financiers
  • Assurer le lien avec le réviseur d'entreprises lors de l'audit annuel
  • Soutenir l'équipe finance dans des analyses et projets ad hoc

Votre profil de Junior Financial Controller

  • Bachelier ou master en finance, comptabilité, sciences économiques ou gestion
  • Une première expérience d'au moins 6 mois en audit (interne ou externe) ou en contrôle de gestion
  • Bonne maîtrise d'Excel (tableaux croisés dynamiques, RECHERCHEV) ; la connaissance d'un logiciel comptable ou d'un ERP est un atout
  • Une expérience dans le secteur non-marchand est un plus
  • Vous parlez couramment le français et le néerlandais (bilingue FR/NL indispensable) ; une bonne connaissance de l'anglais est un atout
  • Vous faites preuve de rigueur, d'esprit d'analyse et d'autonomie, avec de bonnes capacités de communication
  • Disponible rapidement pour une mission à Bruxelles
