Zur Verstärkung des Finance-Teams suchen wir eine engagierte Persönlichkeit, die den internationalen Wachstumskurs aktiv mitgestalten möchte.

Zu deinen Aufgaben zählen:

* Eigenständige Verantwortung für die laufende Buchhaltung einer internationalen Unternehmensgruppe

* Durchführung von Kontenabstimmungen sowie Mitarbeit bei Monats-, Quartals- und Jahresabschlüssen

* Unterstützung bei der Erstellung von Jahresabschlüssen und Konzernabschlüssen nach UGB

* Mitarbeit bei nationalen und internationalen Konsolidierungsprozessen innerhalb der Unternehmensgruppe

* Unterstützung bei Transfer-Pricing- und Verrechnungspreis-Themen

* Mitarbeit bei Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsfragestellungen in den operativen Gesellschaften

* Unterstützung bei Finance-Projekten in den Bereichen Digitalisierung, ERP-Weiterentwicklung und KI-Anwendungen

* Mitwirkung bei Aufsichtsratsreportings sowie enge Zusammenarbeit mit dem CFO

Dein Profil:

* Abgeschlossenes oder laufendes wirtschaftliches Studium (z. B. BWL, Rechnungswesen, Accounting oder Finance)

* Erste Berufserfahrung in der Buchhaltung, idealerweise in einer Steuerberatungskanzlei oder im Finanzbereich eines Unternehmens

* Interesse an Bilanzierung, Konzernrechnungslegung und internationalen Finance-Themen

* Gute Kenntnisse in MS Excel sowie Affinität für ERP-Systeme

* gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

* Strukturierte, genaue und eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise

* Hohe Lernbereitschaft, Eigeninitiative und Freude an einem dynamischen Wachstumsumfeld

* Bereitschaft zu gelegentlichen internationalen Reisen im weiteren Karriereverlauf
