Junior HR-adviseur (Gorinchem) Detachering Bedrijfsvoering 0-3 jaar Zuid-Holland 32 - 40 uur €246 - €4 Jij zorgt dat medewerkers kunnen rekenen op HR dat klopt: zorgvuldig, persoonlijk en goed geregeld. Dit ga je doen Goede HR-dienstverlening begint bij de basis. Een contract dat op tijd wordt verwerkt, een personeelsmutatie die correct in het systeem staat, een medewerker die snel antwoord krijgt op een vraag en een HR-proces dat gewoon soepel loopt. Als HR-medewerker zorg jij ervoor dat die basis op orde is. Binnen deze tijdelijke opdracht bij Avres ben je breed inzetbaar binnen de personeels- en HR-administratie. Je neemt werkzaamheden over van de huidige HR-medewerker en zorgt daarmee voor continuïteit in de dagelijkse HR-uitvoering. Dat is belangrijk, want hierdoor ontstaat ruimte voor de huidige medewerker om zich bezig te houden met het reviewen en testen van vernieuwde Youforce-processen. En precies daar ligt ook een belangrijk onderdeel van jouw rol. Jij kent Youforce en bent gewend om met digitale HR-workflows te werken. Je weet hoe je personele mutaties zorgvuldig verwerkt, hoe je workflows bewaakt en hoe je voorkomt dat een actie ergens onderweg blijft hangen. Je werkt zelfstandig, houdt overzicht en ziet het wanneer iets niet klopt of wanneer aanvullende actie nodig is. Je houdt je bezig met verschillende momenten in de employee journey. Denk aan instroom, doorstroom en uitstroom. Je verwerkt bijvoorbeeld wijzigingen in contracten, functies of dienstverbanden, controleert personele gegevens en zorgt dat personeelsdossiers actueel en compleet blijven. Je hebt daarbij oog voor details, want binnen HR kunnen kleine fouten grote gevolgen hebben. Ook ben je een aanspreekpunt voor medewerkers en leidinggevenden. Zij komen bij jou met vragen over HR-processen, administratieve procedures of personele wijzigingen.
