Als Junior HR Adviseur krijg je de kans om een brede rol te vervullen binnen een internationale organisatie die volop in ontwikkeling is. De basis van HR staat, maar er liggen mooie uitdagingen op het gebied van procesverbetering, verzuimbegeleiding, internationale HR-ondersteuning, digitalisering en verdere professionalisering. Je bent niet alleen verantwoordelijk voor een goede HR-administratie, maar denkt ook actief mee over hoe HR slimmer, efficiënter en toekomstbestendig kan worden ingericht. Je werkt nauw samen met leidinggevenden en collega's in binnen- en buitenland en krijgt veel ruimte om initiatief te nemen en jezelf verder te ontwikkelen. - Adviseren en ondersteunen van medewerkers en leidinggevenden bij HR-gerelateerde vragen; - Begeleiden van verzuimtrajecten en onderhouden van contact met betrokken partijen; - Ondersteunen bij in-, door- en uitstroomprocessen; - Voorbereiden en verwerken van personeels- en salarisadministratieve mutaties; - Signaleren van knelpunten en aandragen van verbeteringen binnen HR-processen; - Meewerken aan HR-projecten rondom professionalisering, ontwikkeling en wet- en regelgeving; - Ondersteunen bij recruitmentactiviteiten en onboarding; - Bewaken van HR-acties, planningen en administratieve processen; - Bijdragen aan de verdere ontwikkeling van HR-beleid en HR-instrumenten Wat heb je nodig? Wij zoeken een HR-professional die initiatief neemt, kansen ziet en graag samenwerkt.
