Deine Aufgaben:

* Verantwortung für das operative HR-Daily Business - von On- & Offboarding bis zu administrativen HR-Themen

* Pflege, Verwaltung und laufende Aktualisierung der Personalstammdaten in unserem HR-System

* Aktive Unterstützung im Recruiting-Prozess: Erstellung von Stellenanzeigen, Bewerbermanagement, Terminkoordination

* Organisation und Koordination der Mitarbeiterunterkünfte

* Konzeption, Planung und Umsetzung von Mitarbeiterevents und internen Aktivitäten

* Mitarbeit bei der Planung und Umsetzung von Weiterbildungs- und Trainingsangeboten der SOHA Academy

* Aktive Beteiligung an HR-Projekten sowie an der Weiterentwicklung und Optimierung interner HR-Prozesse

* Erstellung von HR-Reportings, Auswertungen und Präsentationen

* Du hältst unsere Zeiterfassung up to date und sorgst gemeinsam mit der Lohnverrechnung dafür, dass beim monatlichen Payroll-Run alles rundläuft

Das bringst du idealerweise mit:

* Ausbildung abgeschlossen? Perfekt! Mit kaufmännischem- oder HR-Background passt du besonders gut zu uns

* Schon mal Hotellerie-Luft geschnuppert? Umso besser

* Erste Erfahrung im HR sind ein Plus aber kein Muss

* Du arbeitest sicher mit MS Office und digitalen Tools

* Du arbeitest strukturiert, selbstständig und bist gleichzeitig ein echtes Teamplayer-Talent

* Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse sowie gute Englischkenntnisse für den Arbeitsalltag

* Offene, serviceorientierte Persönlichkeit mit Herz, Organisationstalent und Hands-on-Mentalität
