Jij zorgt dat alles rondom medewerkers administratief klopt; van het eerste contract tot het moment dat iemand afscheid neemt. Met jouw oog voor detail, servicegerichte houding en gevoel voor structuur ondersteun je collega's en houd je HR-processen overzichtelijk en goed georganiseerd. Je bent toegankelijk, schakelt makkelijk en helpt collega's graag met hun vragen. Zo draag je bij aan een prettige werksfeer én een sterke HR-administratie. Natuurlijk staat daar ook iets moois tegenover: een goed salaris, uitstekende pensioenregeling, bonusregeling, vitaliteitsprogramma én de mogelijkheid om te sporten in de inhouse gym. Wat ga je doen? In deze rol zorg je ervoor dat de HR-administratie correct en overzichtelijk verloopt. Je ondersteunt bij verschillende HR-processen en bent een belangrijk aanspreekpunt voor collega's. Je houdt je onder andere bezig met: - Bijhouden van gegevens in personeelsinformatiesystemen (personeel, verzuim en salaris); - Administratieve ondersteuning bij in-, door- en uitstroom van medewerkers; - Opstellen en verwerken van contracten, correspondentie en personeelsdossiers; - Registreren van ziek- en herstelmeldingen en ondersteunen bij taken rondom de Wet Verbetering Poortwachter; - Plannen van afspraken met de Arbodienst en onderhouden van contact; - Ondersteunen bij onboarding en offboarding van medewerkers; - Beheren van de HR-mailbox en beantwoorden van HR-gerelateerde vragen; - Beschikbaar stellen van HR-data voor rapportages; - ...
