Aan de start van jouw inkoopcarrière wil je impact maken. In deze rol leer je hoe slimme keuzes het verschil maken in de Supply Chain. Je ontwikkelt jezelf snel binnen procurement en leveranciersmanagement. Wat ga je doen? Als Junior Inkoper werk je voor onze opdrachtgever in de regio Heerlen en ben je betrokken bij het volledige inkoopproces. Je ondersteunt bij het plaatsen en opvolgen van bestellingen en hebt dagelijks contact met leveranciers. Daarbij zorg je dat afspraken over prijs, kwaliteit en levertijd worden nageleefd. Je verdiept je in inkoopdata en leert hoe analyses bijdragen aan betere beslissingen. Door inzicht te krijgen in uitgaven, prestaties van leveranciers en contractafspraken draag je bij aan een efficiënte procurementorganisatie. Jouw werk ondersteunt een stabiele en betrouwbare Supply Chain. Daarnaast werk je samen met collega’s uit logistiek en planning. Deze samenwerking geeft je een breed beeld van de keten en helpt je om verbanden te leggen tussen inkoop, voorraad en beschikbaarheid. De functie van Junior Inkoper biedt volop ruimte om te groeien en verantwoordelijkheid op te bouwen. Jouw werkzaamheden - Ondersteunen bij het operationele inkoopproces en orderbeheer; - Contact onderhouden met leveranciers over bestellingen en leveringen; - Verwerken en controleren van inkooporders in het ERP-systeem; - Analyseren van inkoopdata en ondersteunen bij rapportages; - Meewerken aan contractbeheer en leveranciersbeoordelingen; - Signaleren van verbeterkansen binnen procurementprocessen. Wat heb jij in huis? - Afgeronde hbo-opleiding of wo-opleiding in Supply Chain Management, Bedrijfskunde of Logistics Management; - Affiniteit met inkoop, procurement en Supply Chain-processen; - Analytische vaardigheden en een nauwkeurige werkwijze; - Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden richting interne en externe stakeholders; - Proactieve houding en de ambitie om jezelf verder te ontwikkelen binnen inkoop Wat bieden we jou - Een salaris van €3.200 - €3.800 p.m..
