Wat ga je doen? Als Junior Inspecteur/Adviseur ondersteun je bij uiteenlopende beheer- en onderhoudsprojecten aan civiele kunstwerken zoals bruggen, duikers en viaducten. Onder begeleiding van een ervaren inspecteur/adviseur bereid je inspecties voor en voer je deze uit, waarbij je ook materiaalmetingen verricht. De gegevens die je verzamelt verwerk je nauwkeurig in beheersystemen, registratiedocumenten en (inspectie)rapportages. Tijdens projecten krijg je de kans om het vak stap voor stap te leren. Je kijkt mee bij het analyseren van civiele kunstwerken, stelt notities en rapportages op en signaleert afwijkingen of risico's die aandacht vragen. Je denkt actief mee over verbeteringen in werkwijzen en draagt ideeën aan om het werk efficiënter te maken. Geen dag is hetzelfde: de ene keer sta je buiten om inspecties uit te voeren, de andere keer werk je op kantoor aan analyses, rapportages of de voorbereiding van nieuwe opdrachten. Daarbij werk je binnen duidelijke kaders, maar krijg je volop ruimte om jezelf te ontwikkelen richting een zelfstandige functie in het vak. Wat maakt deze functie zo leu...
