Ihr Start ins SAP HR-Consulting...

* Sie lernen SAP HCM und SuccessFactors kennen und bauen durch Training on the Job fundiertes HR-Systemwissen auf

* Ab dem ersten Tag bearbeiten Sie Support- und Projektanfragen unserer Kund*innen, analysieren Probleme und entwickeln gemeinsam im Team nachhaltige Lösungen

* Sie wirken bei der Konfiguration, Implementierung und Weiterentwicklung von Cloud/On-Premise-Systemen mit und tragen so zur Digitalisierung von HR-Prozessen bei

* Perspektivisch übernehmen Sie selbstständig Teilprojekte und entwickeln sich zum*zur eigenständigen Consultant* weiter

Das ist uns wichtig...

* Facheinschlägige Ausbildung (HTL oder Studium) in der (Wirtschafts-) Informatik oder Ähnlichem mit guten Noten

* Gute Programmierkenntnisse und Verständnis für Datenbanken sowie Prozesse

* Spaß am Rätseln und Lösen von technischen Problemen sowie Interesse an HR-Systemen

* SAP-Kenntnisse sind ein Plus, aber keine Voraussetzung

* Gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten in Deutsch und Englisch
