Ontdek je kansen bij een toonaangevend adviesbureau! Als Junior Kostenadviseur speel je een essentiële rol in het succes van verschillende bouwprojecten. Je werkt nauw samen met ervaren adviseurs en projectmanagers om accurate kostenramingen en -analyses op te stellen. Jouw werkzaamheden zijn afwisselend en uitdagend, waarbij je constant je kennis en vaardigheden verder kunt ontwikkelen. Je krijgt de kans om te werken aan diverse duurzame projecten, van onderwijsinstellingen tot multifunctionele centra, waarbij je een waardevolle bijdrage levert aan de circulaire economie. Je belangrijkste taken zijn: - Het opstellen en controleren van elementenbegrotingen en kostenramingen voor verschillende fasen van het bouwproces; - Het uitvoeren van hoeveelhedenberekeningen en het analyseren van bouwtekeningen; - Het verzamelen en verwerken van actuele marktinformatie over bouwkosten; - Het adviseren van projectteams over kostenefficiënte ontwerpkeuzes; - Het opstellen van kostenevaluaties en rapportages voor opdrachtgevers; - Het meedenken over duurzame oplossingen binnen het gegeven budget; - Het ondersteunen bij aanbestedingsprocedures en contractvorming.
