In deze functie werk je mee aan uiteenlopende machinebouwprojecten en krijg je de kans om jouw kennis verder te verdiepen in de praktijk. Je bent betrokken bij het volledige engineeringstraject: van concept en ontwerp tot berekeningen, detaillering en technische afstemming. Daarbij werk je nauw samen met ervaren engineers en andere technische disciplines. Stap voor stap krijg je meer verantwoordelijkheid en leer je hoe je klantvragen vertaalt naar slimme, betrouwbare en maakbare oplossingen. Als Junior Mechanical Engineer werk je mee aan één of meerdere engineeringprojecten tegelijk. Je ondersteunt bij het ontwerpen en uitwerken van machines en constructies en leert hoe technische oplossingen worden ontwikkeld van eerste concept tot maakbaar ontwerp. Je werkt samen met ervaren engineers en krijgt naarmate je groeit steeds meer zelfstandigheid binnen jouw projecten. Je werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit: - Ontwerpen en uitwerken van machines en constructies in 3D ; - Maken en aanpassen van technische tekeningen; - Ondersteunen bij het uitwerken van conceptuele technische oplossingen ; - Uitvoeren van technische berekeningen; - Afstemmen met software- en elektrotechnische collega's; - Deelnemen aan projectmeetings; - Bewaken van jouw eigen planning en werkzaamheden; - Controleren of ontwerpen technisch correct en maakbaar zijn; - Signaleren van afwijkingen en deze bespreken met ervaren collega's; - Meedenken over verbeteringen en optimalisaties binnen ontwerpen; - Ondersteunen bij de technische afstemming met klanten en andere stakeholders; - Steeds meer verantwoordelijkheid oppakken binnen engineeringprojecten.
