The posting

Bij een technisch dienstverlener in Zaandam werk je aan industriële automatisering voor de food- en feedindustrie. Je configureert, programmeert en implementeert PLC-software en een eigen softwareplatform voor productieautomatisering. Daarmee help je klanten hun productieprocessen beter te besturen en te optimaliseren. De rol verbindt machinebesturing met SCADA en MES: je kijkt dus niet alleen naar de code, maar ook naar de werking van het productieproces en de informatie die operators nodig hebben. In de dagelijkse praktijk vertaal je technische klantvraagstukken naar werkbare softwareoplossingen. Je werkt samen met ervaren automation engineers en krijgt begeleiding van een Lead Automation Engineer. Je bespreekt ontwerpkeuzes, leert van implementaties en bouwt stapsgewijs meer zelfstandigheid op. Daarbij verdiep je je in PLC-programmering, procesvisualisatie en de koppeling met MES, met ruimte om je kennis van ISA-88 en ISA-95 verder te ontwikkelen. Functie-inhoud - PLC-software programmeren voor productieprocessen in de food- en feedindustrie - Het eigen softwareplatform voor productieautomatisering configureren en implementeren - Klantvraagstukken vertalen naar oplossingen voor PLC, SCADA en MES - Besturingssoftware testen en de werking toetsen aan het productieproces - Procesverbeteringen uitwerken met ervaren engineers en de Lead Automation Engineer - Technische ontwerpkeuzes toelichten aan collega's en betrokkenen bij de klant Functie-eisen - Je hebt een afgeronde hbo-opleiding in elektrotechniek, energietechniek of industriële automatisering - Je hebt kennis van PLC-programmering en SCADA, bijvoorbeeld met Siemens TIA Portal - Kennis van MES, ISA-88 en ISA-95 is een pré - Je analyseert technische vraagstukken en bedenkt haalbare, duurzame oplossingen - Je legt ontwerpkeuzes helder uit en werkt goed samen - Je toont initiatief en leert graag van collega's en projecten Aanbod - Bruto maandsalaris tussen € 3.400 en € 5.100 (afhankelijk van kennis en ervaring).
