The posting

Bij een familiebedrijf in de machinebouw in Wijchen werk je aan besturingssoftware voor industriële installaties. Als Junior / Medior PLC Software Engineer vertaal je ontwerpen van Engineering naar functionerende PLC-, HMI- en SCADA-software. Je bouwt programma’s op vanuit een universeel basismodel en denkt mee over de functionaliteit van de installatie. Daarbij draait het om betrouwbare machinebesturing én een gebruikersinterface waarmee de klant de installatie goed kan bedienen. Je dagelijkse werk loopt van het configureren van projectdata en programmeren tot I/O-schakeltesten en inbedrijfstelling. Je werkt samen met Engineering en installatiemonteurs, test intern en op klantlocatie en ondersteunt klanten na oplevering. Ook draag je kennis en documentatie over. Met Siemens S7, TIA Portal en WinCC als relevante technieken kun je je verder verdiepen in industriële software, safety en aandrijvingen. Opleidingsmogelijkheden ondersteunen je technische en persoonlijke ontwikkeling. Wat ga je doen? - PLC-, HMI- en SCADA-software opbouwen vanuit het basismodel en volgens interne programmeerrichtlijnen. - Meedenken met Engineering over installatiefunctionaliteiten en aanvullende softwarefuncties. - I/O-schakeltesten uitvoeren en controleren of hardware volgens de specificaties functioneert. - Besturingssoftware testen, implementeren en in bedrijf stellen bij klanten. - Projecten overdragen met duidelijke documentatie en uitleg aan de klant. - Klanten en installatiemonteurs ondersteunen bij technische vragen na oplevering. - Nieuwe software ontwikkelen en bestaande functies verder verbeteren. Wat vragen we van jou? - Afgeronde hbo-opleiding Elektrotechniek of gelijkwaardig; voor mediorniveau relevante werkervaring. - Affiniteit met of opleiding in Siemens S7, TIA Portal en WinCC. - Opleiding of ervaring met Visual Basic en .NET in industriële automatisering, plus kennis van XML en hogere programmeertalen. - Kennis van frequentieregelaars en kennis van en ervaring met ele.
