Je leert in de praktijk werken met elektro-, koel-, stoom- en dieseltechniek, voert onderhoud uit, helpt bij storingen en reparaties, en groeit door naar zelfstandig monteur. Je hebt technische affiniteit, bij voorkeur VCA, beheerst de Nederlandse taal en krijgt ruimte voor trainingen, opleidingen en doorgroeimogelijkheden. - 32 tot 40 uren per week - tussen €2800 en €3600 per maand - Werving en selectie Ben jij handig? Samen met ervaren collega's werk je aan verschillende technieken, zoals elektro-, koel-, stoom- en dieseltechniek. Je start met onderhoud en basiswerkzaamheden en groeit stap voor stap door naar zelfstandig monteur. Dit ga je doen: - Uitvoeren van onderhoud aan installaties en machines; - Assisteren bij storingen en reparaties; - Leren werken met elektro-, koel-, stoom- en dieseltechniek; - Controleren en testen van technische installaties; - Samenwerken met ervaren monteurs binnen de werkplaats; - Volgen van trainingen en technische opleidingen. Binnen het team krijg je veel ruimte om jezelf te ontwikkelen. Samen kijken jullie welke techniek het beste bij jou past en welke cursussen of opleidingen daarbij aansluiten. Ook op langere termijn blijf je doorgroeien binnen het vak. 2 Dit krijg je Je komt te werken in een uitdagende en betrokken organisatie.
