The posting

Bij een organisatie in de machinebouw in Delft werk je als Junior Motion Control Engineer aan het ontwerp, de ontwikkeling en de operationele prestaties van motion control-systemen. Je onderzoekt hoe bewegingen nauwkeurig en beheerst worden aangestuurd en vertaalt dynamische modellen naar praktische regeloplossingen. Daarbij verbind je simulatie, hardware en software: van het voorspellen van systeemgedrag tot het testen van algoritmes op de werkelijke installatie. In de dagelijkse praktijk stel je modellen op, valideer je simulaties en implementeer je regelsoftware. Je stemt hardware-interfaces en actuatorconfiguraties af met leveranciers en werkt bij integratie en debugging samen met andere technische disciplines. Ook commissioning en het analyseren van storingen op locatie horen bij je werk. Zo ontwikkel je je verder in regeltechniek, systeemintegratie en het onderbouwd verbeteren van bewegingsgedrag. Functie-inhoud - Dynamische modellen en simulaties opstellen en valideren - Simulatieresultaten vertalen naar verbeteringen in het systeemontwerp - Hardware-interfaces en actuatorconfiguraties ontwerpen met leveranciers - Regelsoftware en motion control-algoritmes implementeren en testen - Hardware en software integreren en afwijkend systeemgedrag debuggen - Systemen op locatie in bedrijf stellen en operationele storingen analyseren Functie-eisen - Technische opleiding op hbo- of wo-niveau, bijvoorbeeld mechatronica of elektrotechniek - Basiskennis van regeltechniek, dynamische systemen en bewegingsaansturing - Affiniteit met modelleren, simuleren en het beoordelen van meetresultaten - Basisvaardigheid in programmeren en systematisch testen van regelsoftware - Interesse in actuatoren, sensoren en de koppeling tussen hardware en software - Zorgvuldige werkwijze en bereidheid om op locatie aan inbedrijfstellingen te werken Aanbod - Bruto maandsalaris tussen € 3.100 en € 3.700 (indicatie op basis van functie en ervaring) - Detavastconstructie als contractvorm - Werk..
