Werk jij graag met elektrotechniek en krijg je energie van het bouwen van schakelkasten? Je werkt aan elektrische panelen die worden ingezet voor mobiele en tijdelijke technische voorzieningen. Van het monteren van componenten tot het zorgvuldig bedraden en controleren van panelen: jij zorgt dat alles technisch klopt. Je krijgt daarbij volop ruimte om je verder te ontwikkelen in panelenbouw en besturingstechniek. Wat ga je doen?Voor onze opdrachtgever werk je als Junior Panelenbouwer aan het opbouwen en bedraden van elektrische panelen en schakelkasten. Je leest elektrische schema’s en technische tekeningen en vertaalt deze naar een correcte fysieke opbouw van het paneel. Je monteert onder andere klemmenstroken, relais, zekeringen, schakelaars, voedingen en andere besturingscomponenten. Daarnaast leg je bedrading aan, sluit je kabels en aders aan en controleer je de verbindingen met geschikt meetgereedschap. Je voert controles en eenvoudige elektrische tests uit om te controleren of panelen veilig en volgens schema zijn opgebouwd. Ook bereid je besturingspanelen en elektrische installaties voor die later op locatie worden gemonteerd of in gebruik worden genomen. Je werkt voornamelijk in een technische werkplaats en hebt regelmatig contact met ervaren monteurs over de technische uitvoering. Zo bouw je stap voor stap meer kennis op van panelenbouw, elektrotechniek en besturingstechniek. Jouw werkzaamheden - Opbouwen en monteren van elektrische panelen en schakelkasten aan de hand van elektrische schema’s en technische tekeningen; - Monteren van klemmenstroken, relais, zekeringen, schakelaars, voedingen en andere elektrische componenten; - Bedraden van schakelkasten en panelen volgens schema, inclusief het aansluiten van kabels, aders en aansluitpunten; - Controleren van bedrading, verbindingen en componenten met een multimeter en ander elektrisch meetgereedschap; - Uitvoeren van eenvoudige elektrische tests en controleren of panelen correct functioneren; - Voorbere.
