Dan is deze functie als Junior Planvoorbereider Woningbouw in Utrecht een mooie start van jouw carrière. Als junior planvoorbereider ben je betrokken bij projecten vanaf de eerste plannen. Je leert hoe een ontwerp technisch en financieel haalbaar wordt gemaakt en ontdekt hoe verschillende disciplines binnen de bouw samenkomen. Van tekeningen en BIM-modellen tot offertes, duurzaamheid en uitvoerbaarheid: jij krijgt een brede blik op het bouwproces. Je werkt samen met ervaren planvoorbereiders, projectleiders, calculators, BIM-modelleurs, werkvoorbereiders en uitvoerders. Zo leer je iedere dag bij en groei je stap voor stap richting een zelfstandige rol. Jouw werk doet ertoe Een goed gebouwd project begint met een goede voorbereiding. Voordat de eerste paal de grond in gaat, moet er ontzettend veel worden uitgezocht, afgestemd en geregeld. Als Junior Planvoorbereider Woningbouw help jij mee om plannen technisch, organisatorisch en financieel goed op de rails te krijgen. Je kijkt niet alleen naar wat er op papier staat, maar denkt ook mee over hoe een project slimmer, duurzamer en efficiënter kan worden uitgevoerd. Daarmee lever je vanaf het begin een belangrijke bijdrage aan projecten waarin uiteindelijk tientallen of zelfs honderden mensen gaan wonen. Wat ga je doen?
