Bij een specialist in productieautomatisering in Oosterhout werk je als junior PLC- en robot engineer aan machines en productielijnen voor uiteenlopende sectoren. Denk aan installaties voor het spuiten van auto-onderdelen, het behandelen van kaas, binpicking van complexe onderdelen en het assembleren van houten deuren en kozijnen. De organisatie heeft de productie volledig in eigen huis. Binnen deze technische context leer je hoe PLC-besturingen, robots en machinecomponenten samen een veilig en betrouwbaar productieproces vormen. In de dagelijkse praktijk help je besturingssoftware opbouwen, signalen controleren en machinebewegingen testen. Je stemt af met collega's over de samenhang tussen software, elektrotechniek en mechanica. In een hecht team met korte lijnen kun je vragen direct bespreken en meekijken bij technische keuzes. Zo ontwikkel je stap voor stap je kennis van PLC-programmering, robotbesturing, storingsanalyse en het in bedrijf stellen van geautomatiseerde installaties.
