The posting

Bij een machinebouwer in Heerlen ontwikkel je PLC-software voor inspectiemachines in de farmaceutische industrie. Deze maatwerkmachines combineren vision-systemen, precisietechniek en besturing om bijvoorbeeld vervuiling op vaccindopjes, luchtbellen in injectieflacons en verkeerd geplakte etiketten te detecteren. Als Junior PLC Engineer werk je aan de besturing die deze inspecties betrouwbaar laat verlopen. Je programmeert met Siemens TIA Portal en Beckhoff TwinCAT 3 en ziet direct aan de machine wat jouw code doet. In de dagelijkse praktijk wissel je softwareontwikkeling af met testen en inbedrijfstellen. Je werkt samen met engineers uit machine vision, mechanica, elektrotechniek en SCADA, en stemt af met assemblage en service. Ervaren collega's begeleiden je bij de start, waarna je steeds meer eigen verantwoordelijkheid krijgt. Zo ontwikkel je je kennis van machinebesturing, leer je storingen systematisch analyseren en denk je mee over herbruikbare, flexibelere software. Wat ga je doen? - Ontwerpen en programmeren van PLC-besturingen voor farmaceutische inspectiemachines - Ontwikkelen van software in Siemens TIA Portal en Beckhoff TwinCAT 3 - Testen van je software en samen met het team machines in bedrijf stellen - Afstemmen van de besturing met vision-, SCADA-, elektro- en mechanica-engineers - Samenwerken met monteurs, assemblage en service bij de realisatie van machines - Meedenken over softwarestandaardisatie, herbruikbaarheid en flexibelere besturingen - Incidenteel machines in bedrijf stellen bij klanten in binnen- en buitenland Wat vragen we van jou? - Je hebt een hbo-diploma elektrotechniek, besturingstechniek of mechatronica, of studeert dit jaar af - Je hebt basiskennis van PLC-programmeren, bij voorkeur met Siemens of Beckhoff - Je bent leergierig en combineert softwareontwikkeling graag met praktisch werk aan machines - Je communiceert duidelijk met collega's en klanten in het Nederlands en Engels - Je bent bereid incidenteel nationaal en internati.
