Als junior PLC engineer ga je aan de slag in de machinebouw in Beneden-Leeuwen. Je richt je op Siemens-besturingen en leert hoe je machinefuncties vertaalt naar overzichtelijke, testbare PLC-software. Daarbij draait het niet alleen om programmeren: je verdiept je ook in sensoren, actuatoren, aandrijvingen en de samenhang tussen software en elektrotechniek. Zo bouw je stap voor stap aan een stevige basis in industriële automatisering. In de dagelijkse praktijk werk je aan programmalogica, controleer je signalen en help je bij het testen van machinefuncties. Je stemt technische keuzes af met collega-engineers en monteurs en leert storingen systematisch te analyseren. De inhoudelijke nadruk ligt op groeien in Siemens-programmering, inzicht krijgen in machinegedrag en zorgvuldig documenteren. Je leert steeds beter onderbouwen waarom een besturing doet wat je ervan verwacht. Wat ga je doen? - Machinefuncties vertalen naar PLC-logica binnen een Siemens-omgeving - Onder begeleiding PLC-software aanpassen, testen en documenteren - I/O-signalen controleren aan de hand van elektrische schema’s - Ondersteunen bij het inregelen van sensoren, actuatoren en aandrijvingen - Storingen analyseren door signalen en programmaverloop te volgen - Technische bevindingen afstemmen met engineers en monteurs Wat vragen we van jou? - Technische opleidingsachtergrond in elektrotechniek, mechatronica of industriële automatisering - Basiskennis van PLC-programmering, bijvoorbeeld vanuit studie, stage of projecten - Affiniteit met Siemens-besturingen en bereidheid je in TIA Portal te verdiepen - Basisbegrip van elektrische schema’s, sensoren en actuatoren - Nauwkeurige werkwijze bij testen en vastleggen van softwarewijzigingen - Bereidheid om vragen te stellen en technische feedback toe te passen Wat bieden wij jou? - Bruto maandsalaris tussen € 2.900 en € 3.500 (indicatie op basis van functie en ervaring) - Fulltime functie van 40 uur per week in Beneden-Leeuwen - Detavastconstructie als cont.
