Bij een machinebouwer in de regio Alkmaar werk je aan de besturing van machines en productielijnen voor de productie van verpakkingen. De organisatie ontwikkelt zowel speciaal ontworpen machines als gestandaardiseerde oplossingen voor internationale klanten. Als Junior PLC Programmeur leer je hoe je machinefuncties vertaalt naar overzichtelijke PLC-software. Je richt je op betrouwbare processtappen, veilige werking en een bediening waarmee operators goed uit de voeten kunnen. In de dagelijkse praktijk werk je aan programmeren, testen en het analyseren van storingen. Je stemt de besturing af met collega’s uit de elektrotechniek en werktuigbouw en leert hoe sensoren, actuatoren en software samen het machinegedrag bepalen. Daarbij bouw je stap voor stap je kennis van PLC-systemen en industriële automatisering uit. Er zijn opleidings- en ontwikkelingsmogelijkheden om je technische basis te verdiepen en steeds zelfstandiger programmeerwerk op te pakken. Wat ga je doen? - PLC-software voor verpakkingsproductiemachines ontwikkelen en aanpassen onder begeleiding - Machinefuncties vertalen naar logische programmastappen en vergrendelingen - In- en uitgangen, sensoren en actuatoren controleren tijdens het testen - Storingen analyseren en helpen oplossen in de besturingssoftware - Besturingsfuncties afstemmen met elektrotechnische en werktuigbouwkundige collega’s - Softwarewijzigingen en testresultaten overzichtelijk documenteren Wat vragen we van jou? - Je hebt een afgeronde hbo- of wo-opleiding Elektrotechniek, Mechatronica, Industriële Automatisering of een verwante richting - Stage- of werkervaring in een vergelijkbare functie is een pré - Basiskennis van PLC-systemen is een pré; je motivatie om te leren weegt zwaarder - Je lost problemen creatief op en houdt veiligheid en kwaliteit in het oog - Je werkt proactief en klantgericht en houdt overzicht onder druk - Je beheerst het Nederlands professioneel; kennis van het Engels wordt gewaardeerd Wat bieden wij jou? - Bruto..
