Bij een technische organisatie in Weesp, actief in elektrotechnische systemen en apparaten, combineer je als Junior PLC Programmeur engineering met technische support. Je helpt klanten en interne collega’s bij vragen over besturingen, configureert PID-controllers en programmeert PLC-systemen. Daarbij kijk je niet alleen naar de instellingen en software, maar ook naar het gedrag van het proces. Met procesdata onderbouw je aanpassingen die de regeling en werking van installaties verbeteren. Je dagelijkse werk loopt uiteen van technische projectvoorbereiding tot testen, inbedrijfstellen en storingen onderzoeken bij klanten. Je stemt af met accountmanagers en technische collega’s, legt wijzigingen zorgvuldig vast en deelt praktische kennis binnen het team. Zo bouw je verder aan je vaardigheden in PLC-programmering, regeltechniek en systematische foutanalyse. Je leert technische vragen te vertalen naar werkbare oplossingen en controleert tijdens tests of die in de praktijk het gewenste resultaat opleveren. Wat ga je doen? - Technische service en ondersteuning bieden aan klanten en interne collega’s - PID-controllers en PLC-systemen configureren en programmeren - Procesdata analyseren en verbeteringen in besturingen en regelingen doorvoeren - Accountmanagers ondersteunen bij technische vragen en projectvoorbereiding - Inbedrijfstellingen uitvoeren en storingen op locatie onderzoeken - Testactiviteiten bij klanten begeleiden en de werking van systemen controleren - Wijzigingen documenteren, technische kennis bijhouden en delen met collega’s Wat vragen we van jou? - Een technische opleidingsachtergrond in elektrotechniek, mechatronica of industriële automatisering - Basiskennis van PLC-programmering en interesse in industriële besturingen - Inzicht in regeltechniek, waaronder de werking van PID-regelingen - Een systematische aanpak bij het analyseren van procesdata en storingen - Duidelijke communicatie met klanten en collega’s en een zorgvuldige manier van documenteren..
