Bij een specialist in procesautomatisering in Aalten ontwikkel je besturingssoftware voor de stortgoedverwerkende industrie, met de nadruk op mengvoederfabrieken. Als junior PLC/SCADA Software Engineer werk je aan systemen die grondstofinname, silobeheer, mengprocessen en verlading aansturen en bewaken. Je verbindt PLC-besturing en SCADA-visualisatie met MES-software via een database. Zo help je productieprocessen betrouwbaar te laten verlopen en maak je procesgegevens bruikbaar voor planning, rapportage en tracking & tracing. In de dagelijkse praktijk ontwerp, programmeer en simuleer je PLC-, HMI- en SCADA-software volgens projectspecificaties. Je werkt samen met softwarecollega’s en specialisten in hardware, mechanica en elektrotechniek. Daarbij verdiep je je in Siemens-besturingen, industriële communicatie en de samenhang tussen software en het fysieke productieproces. Incidenteel bezoek je internationale projectlocaties. Zodra je voldoende branche-ervaring hebt opgebouwd, ga je ook meedraaien in de storingsdienst. Wat ga je doen? - Ontwerpen en programmeren van PLC-, HMI- en SCADA-software voor procesinstallaties en mengvoerlijnen - Simuleren en toetsen van besturingssoftware aan vastgelegde eisen en specificaties - Koppelen van PLC- en SCADA-applicaties aan MES-software via SQL-databases - Aanpassen en uitbreiden van modulaire software voor klantspecifieke productieprocessen - Afstemmen van technische oplossingen met software-, hardware-, mechanica- en elektrotechniekspecialisten - Incidenteel bezoeken van internationale projectlocaties en na voldoende ervaring deelnemen aan de storingsdienst Wat vragen we van jou? - Minimaal hbo-werk- en -denkniveau en een opleiding Elektrotechniek, Industriële Automatisering of vergelijkbaar - Enige ervaring met PLC- en SCADA-ontwikkeling; Siemens TIA Portal, Step 7 en WinCC zijn een pré - Ervaring met SCADA-koppelingen naar SQL-databases en kennis van SQL-query’s - Kennis van Profinet, Profibus, Modbus en OPC voor industr.
