Wil jij als Junior Procesanalist in een voltijdse functie in West-Vlaanderen productiedata inzetten om processen in de voedingsproductie slimmer en efficiënter te maken? Je krijgt een rol waarin inzichten uit data mee richting geven aan de dagelijkse werking.

Een omgeving waar maaltijden op maat worden geproduceerd De werkgever maakt diepvriesmaaltijden en maaltijdcomponenten voor onder meer retail, thuislevering en foodservice.

Wat je gaat doen

  • Je verwerkt en interpreteert productiedata en maakt die bruikbaar voor onderbouwde beslissingen.
  • Je volgt de invoering van nieuwe registraties en processen nauwgezet op.
  • Je toetst gegevens aan de praktijk door vanuit het productiebureau ook de werkvloer op te gaan.
  • Je overlegt met IT en productie en vertaalt dagelijkse vaststellingen naar praktische verbeteringen.
  • Je helpt inzicht te krijgen in traceerbaarheid, kwaliteit, rendementen, marges, productieverliezen en foutenmarges.

Wie graag structuur en inzicht brengt in een productieomgeving, vindt in deze rol ruimte om die kwaliteiten in te zetten.

  • Een achtergrond in informatica, handels- of industrieel ingenieurswerk, of een gelijkwaardige achtergrond vormt voor jou een stevige basis om productiedata vast te pakken.
  • Je kijkt analytisch naar cijfers en houdt daarbij zowel de operationele realiteit als de financiële impact in beeld.
  • De voedingssector en de complexiteit van maaltijdbereidingen spreken je aan; je neemt graag de tijd om productieprocessen grondig te leren kennen.
  • Je voelt je thuis tussen systemen en op de werkvloer. Met een ondernemende, zelfstandige en pragmatische aanpak blijf je veranderingen opvolgen tot ze werken.
  • Je brengt mensen en inzichten samen: je werkt vlot met technische en niet-technische collega’s, spreekt vloeiend Nederlands en kan je in het Frans op de werkvloer uitdrukken.
