Wil jij grip krijgen op productieprocessen en leren plannen met impact? In deze rol stuur je mee op leverbetrouwbaarheid en efficiëntie. Je groeit snel door te werken met data, mensen en planningstools binnen de productieomgeving. Wat ga je doen? Als Junior Productie Planner zorg je ervoor dat productieorders soepel en volgens planning verlopen. Je werkt nauw samen met productie, inkoop en logistiek om de juiste prioriteiten te stellen. Daarbij houd je continu overzicht op capaciteit, materiaalbeschikbaarheid en levertijden, zodat de productie in balans blijft. Je ondersteunt bij het opstellen en bijhouden van de productieplanning en leert hoe je knelpunten signaleert voordat ze impact hebben. Door analyses te maken op voortgang en prestaties draag je bij aan verbeteringen in de planning en leverbetrouwbaarheid. Je krijgt de ruimte om vragen te stellen en initiatief te nemen, terwijl je wordt begeleid door ervaren planners. Binnen de productieomgeving in de regio Heerlen ontwikkel je je stap voor stap tot een volwaardige planner. Je werkt met ERP-systemen, schakelt met verschillende afdelingen en ziet direct resultaat van jouw werk op de werkvloer. Jouw werkzaamheden - Ondersteunen bij het opstellen en beheren van de productieplanning; - Monitoren van voortgang, capaciteit en materiaalbeschikbaarheid; - Afstemmen met productie, logistiek en inkoop over planningswijzigingen; - Signaleren van knelpunten en voorstellen doen voor verbeteringen; - Analyseren van plandata en rapporteren over prestaties en afwijkingen. Wat heb jij in huis? - Een afgeronde hbo-opleiding, bijvoorbeeld in supply chain management, logistiek of technische bedrijfskunde; - Interesse in productieplanning en processen binnen een maakomgeving; - Analytische vaardigheden en affiniteit met data en systemen; - Goede communicatieve vaardigheden en een gestructureerde werkwijze; - De motivatie om te leren en jezelf te ontwikkelen binnen supply chain planning.
