Werken binnen Team Finance.

Als Junior Project Controller maak je onderdeel uit van Team Finance & Control en werkt nauw samen met projectleiders, orderbeheerders en collega's binnen de operatie. Je helpt bij het monitoren van projectresultaten, signaleert afwijkingen en zorgt dat financiële informatie rondom projecten betrouwbaar en actueel blijft.

Bij Van Wijk Vastgoedonderhoud werken we dagelijks aan het onderhouden, verbeteren en verduurzamen van woningen en gebouwen, zodat bewoners kunnen rekenen op een veilige, comfortabele en toekomstbestendige leefomgeving. De organisatie groeit sterk en investeert continu in verdere professionalisering van processen en teams.

Voor de afdeling Finance & Control betekent dit dat er al een goede basis staat, maar dat er ook ruimte is om processen verder te optimaliseren en rapportages te verdiepen. In deze rol krijg je de kans om daarin mee te groeien en jezelf verder te ontwikkelen binnen Project Control.

Als Junior Project Controller zorg je dat de financiële administratie en voortgang van projecten goed inzichtelijk zijn. Je ondersteunt projectleiders en collega's binnen Finance bij het bewaken van budgetten, resultaten en financiële processen rondom projecten.
