The posting

Bij een machinebouwer in Breda werk je aan de PLC-besturing van robotgestuurde productielijnen voor de automotive sector. Het gaat om omvangrijke automatiseringsprojecten met meer dan 30 PLC's en ruim 300 robots. Als Junior Project Engineer Software PLC groei je onder begeleiding van een ervaren collega naar technische verantwoordelijkheid voor de besturing. Je bent betrokken bij de engineering én bij het inbedrijfstellen van de lijn op locatie bij de klant. In de dagelijkse praktijk stem je softwarewerkzaamheden af met PLC-programmeurs en leveranciers, volg je de voortgang en help je technische knelpunten oplossen. Je combineert analytisch werk met testen en inbedrijfstelling, waarbij je ook langere periodes in binnen- en buitenland werkt. Binnen het projectteam verdiep je je in PLC-software, visualisatie en de samenhang tussen besturing en robotica. Daarnaast krijg je ruimte om kennis op te bouwen rond virtual commissioning en Industry 4.0.
