Voor een onderneming actief binnen technische dienstverlening in Aartselaar zijn we op zoek naar een Junior Project Manager.

Je bent niet zelf de technieker op de werf, maar de organisator eromheen. Jij zorgt ervoor dat elk project vlekkeloos en gestroomlijnd verloopt.

Je denkt vooruit, communiceert helder en zorgt ervoor dat alle schakels in het proces (klanten, techniekers, leveranciers en transporteurs) naadloos op elkaar aansluiten. Je krijgt de ruimte om gestructureerde workflows en checklists te bouwen, én om op termijn door te groeien naar complexere installatieprojecten.

Wat zijn jouw taken :

  • voorbereiden van technische projecten en opmetingen.
  • materialen, leveranciers en transport coördineren.
  • planningen opmaken en opvolgen.
  • klanten informeren en praktische afspraken afstemmen.
  • techniekers briefen en de uitvoering opvolgen.
  • meer- en minderwerken opvolgen en zorgen voor correcte facturatie.
  • meewerken aan checklists, workflows en procesverbeteringen.

Wat zoeken we?

  • Je beschikt over een technisch bachelordiploma of je bent gelijkwaardig met ervaring.
  • Je bent sterk georganiseerd, punctueel en communicatief.
  • Technische kennis in elektro-mechanica
  • Je bent digitaal sterk en vindt snel je weg in nieuwe systemen.
  • Je hebt een hands-on mentaliteit en technische interesse.
  • Je spreekt vlot Nederlands
  • Je beschikt over een rijbewijs B.
  • Pluspunten : Ervaring in Odoo Kennis van het Frans Sterke analytische vaardigheden
