Planning, documentatie, vergunningen, kwaliteit en voortgang: binnen grote infraprojecten lopen er continu verschillende processen naast elkaar. Als Junior Projectbeheerser Infra help jij ervoor zorgen dat deze onderdelen goed op elkaar aansluiten en belangrijke informatie niet tussen wal en schip valt. Je werkt dicht tegen de uitvoering en projectleiding aan. Daardoor ben je niet alleen bezig met administratie, maar krijg je juist inzicht in het complete projectproces. Een interessante stap wanneer je al enige ervaring hebt binnen werkvoorbereiding of projectondersteuning en jezelf verder wilt ontwikkelen richting projectbeheersing. Als Junior Projectbeheerser zorg je samen met jouw collega's dat projecten organisatorisch goed onder controle blijven. Je houdt je onder andere bezig met: - Opstellen en beheren van werkpakketten; - Voorbereiden en actualiseren van project- en onderhoudsplanningen; - Verwerken en controleren van projectgegevens; - Bewaken van voortgang, acties en gemaakte afspraken; - Signaleren van afwijkingen en mogelijke knelpunten; - Coördineren van benodigde vergunningen en meldingen; - Verzorgen en controleren van projectdocumentatie; - Ondersteunen bij voortgangs- en projectrapportages; - Bewaken van kwaliteit en volledigheid van projectdossiers; - Afstemmen met werkvoorbereiders, uitvoerders en projectleiders; - Meedenken over het verbeteren van processen en werkwijzen.
