Waar kom je te werken?Vanaf de vestiging in Nieuwegein werkt dit infrabedrijf al decennialang aan de openbare ruimte in Nederland. Met projecten in infra, sport en groen leveren zij duurzame en praktische oplossingen. Korte lijnen, een nuchtere mentaliteit en een stabiel team maken het een fijne plek voor ambitieuze technische talenten die willen doorgroeien. Wat ga je doen? - Regelen van projectvoorbereiding, planning en vergunningen. - Beheren van EMVI-verplichtingen tijdens het project. - Samenwerken met inkoop voor materialen en onderaannemers. - Bewaken van planning, veiligheid en projectbudget. - Contact onderhouden met opdrachtgevers, telefonisch en op locatie. - Aanschuiven bij bouwvergaderingen en rapportages bijhouden.

Wat vragen wij? - MBO- of hbo-diploma Civiele Techniek. - Motiverende teamspeler met natuurlijk leiderschap. - Sterk in communicatie met alle betrokken partijen. - Nauwkeurig in administratie en projectdossiers. - In het bezit een van een (Nederlands) rijbewijs B.

Wat bieden wij? - Goed startsalaris tussen de €2.800,- en €3.500,- bruto per maand! - Een werkweek met vaste uren passend bij de infra. - Goede arbeidsvoorwaarden met vakantiedagen en ADV-dagen volgens CAO, €0,23/km reiskostenvergoeding en 8% vakantiegeld. - Leaseauto, telefoon en laptop van de zaak. - Stabiel, gezellig team met veel ontwikkelkansen.
