Functieomschrijving Als Junior Projectleider speel je een sleutelrol in het vertalen van ontwerpen naar gedetailleerde bouwtekeningen en technische oplossingen. Je werkt 80% van de tijd met Revit en BIM-modellen en ondersteunt de projectleider met 20% van je tijd, waarbij je jezelf ontwikkelt richting een leidinggevende rol. Je denkt mee over materiaalkeuzes, duurzaamheid en technische details die naadloos aansluiten bij de ontwerpfilosofie. Je onderhoudt contact met externe partners, zoals aannemers en adviseurs, en zorgt dat alle ontwerpen voldoen aan de geldende bouwvoorschriften. Jouw technische kennis, oog voor detail en gestructureerde aanpak maken je onmisbaar in het team.
