Wil jij steeds meer verantwoordelijkheid krijgen binnen uitdagende nieuwbouwprojecten? Als Junior projectleider Bergen op Zoom houd je grip op planning, kwaliteit en uitvoering. Je ontwikkelt jezelf stap voor stap tot een belangrijke schakel binnen woningbouw- en utiliteitsprojecten in West-Brabant. Wat ga je doen? Als Junior Projectleider Bouw in Bergen op Zoom werk je aan verschillende nieuwbouwprojecten binnen de woningbouw en utiliteitsbouw in West Brabant. Je ondersteunt de projectleider bij de voorbereiding en uitvoering en zorgt ervoor dat alle betrokken partijen over de juiste informatie beschikken. Je bewaakt de planning, controleert bouwtekeningen en technische documenten en vraagt offertes aan bij leveranciers en onderaannemers. Daarnaast ondersteun je bij de inkoop en stem je werkzaamheden af met collega’s, leveranciers en andere projectpartners. Tijdens de projecten krijg je steeds meer verantwoordelijkheid voor de planning, kwaliteit en kosten. Je signaleert knelpunten op tijd en denkt mee over praktische bouwkundige oplossingen. Daarbij ben je regelmatig betrokken bij zowel de voorbereiding als de uitvoering op de bouwplaats. Zo leer je het volledige bouwproces kennen, van de eerste voorbereiding en ruwbouw tot de afbouw en oplevering. Je krijgt volop ruimte om jezelf te ontwikkelen en door te groeien naar een zelfstandige functie als Projectleider Bouw. Jouw werkzaamheden - Projectplanningen voor nieuwbouwprojecten opstellen, controleren en bewaken; - Technische tekeningen, bestekken en projectdocumenten beoordelen; - Contact onderhouden met uitvoerders, leveranciers en onderaannemers; - Offertes aanvragen, vergelijken en ondersteunen bij inkooptrajecten; - De voortgang, kwaliteit en kosten van bouwprojecten bewaken; - Bouwtechnische knelpunten signaleren en passende oplossingen aandragen; - Ondersteuning bieden tijdens de voorbereiding, uitvoering en oplevering van projecten.
