De functie inhoud Wat ga je doen als Junior Projectleider Elektrotechniek in regio Waregem?

  • Coördineren en opvolgen van elektrische projecten van ontwerp tot oplevering
  • Plannen, budgetteren en bewaken van de voortgang en kwaliteit
  • Organiseren van opstart, keuringen en technische afnames
  • Overleggen met klanten en meedenken over oplossingen op maat
  • Fungeren als spil tussen bouwheer, werfleiding en interne teams

Kwaliteit en veiligheid staan er centraal: elk project wordt uitgevoerd volgens de hoogste technische normen. Daarnaast heerst er een sterke teamgeest, waarbij samenwerking, kennisdeling en wederzijdse ondersteuning vanzelfsprekend zijn. Tot slot wordt er sterk ingezet op ontwikkeling, met ruimte voor opleiding, coaching en doorgroeimogelijkheden, zodat je zowel technisch als persoonlijk kan blijven groeien.   • Bachelor of master Elektromechanica of een gelijkaardige technische opleiding
  • Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden en een gestructureerde, besluitvaardige aanpak
