Ze realiseren unieke projecten voor zowel woningbouw, erfgoed als commerciële projecten. Ze staan bekend om hun hoogstaande projecten die verspreid zijn over heel België. Daarnaast investeren ze verder in hun groei met een gloednieuw bedrijfsgebouw dat een moderne en aangename werkomgeving biedt.

Jouw nieuwe functie

Als (junior) projectleider aluminium schrijnwerk ben je verantwoordelijk voor de voorbereiding en opvolging van maatwerkprojecten. Je werkt nauw samen met klanten, het tekenbureau, calculatie en productie en krijgt de kans om stapsgewijs door te groeien tot zelfstandig projectleider.

  • Je maakt productiedossiers startklaar en verzorgt de nodige materiaalbestellingen.
  • Je bereidt plaatsing- en werfdossiers nauwkeurig voor.
  • Je fungeert als schakel tussen klant, leveranciers en interne afdelingen zoals het tekenbureau, calculatie en productie.
  • Je assisteert de senior projectleider bij werfvergaderingen, opmetingen en opstart van de werf.
  • Je verzorgt de communicatie met klanten, leveranciers en onderaannemers.
  • Je staat in voor het opvragen van offertes, het plaatsen van bestellingen en de opvolging van projectbudgetten.

Jouw profiel

Voor de rol als (junior) projectleider zijn we op zoek naar iemand die:

  • Een bachelor heeft behaald in een bouwtechnische richting. Ervaring in aluminium schrijnwerk is een sterk pluspunt.
  • Sterk technisch inzicht heeft en zelfstandig kan werken.
  • Communicatief sterk is en flexibel is ingesteld.
  • Kennis Frans is een pluspunt.
