Bij een specialist in industriële automatisering in Hardinxveld-Giessendam begeleid je projecten van klantvraag tot technische oplossing. Als junior projectleider leer je hoe je technische inhoud, planning en samenwerking bij elkaar brengt. Je leidt interne deelprojecten of vervult de projectleidersrol bij de klant. Daarbij stuur je functioneel ontwerpers, programmeurs en aannemers aan. De projecten draaien om industriële besturingen en krijgen steeds vaker een multidisciplinair karakter, waarbij automatisering, elektrotechniek en andere technische disciplines samenkomen. In de dagelijkse praktijk bespreek je de klantvraag, stem je ontwerpkeuzes af en bewaak je de voortgang van de realisatie. Je hoeft niet ieder technisch detail zelf uit te werken, maar begrijpt voldoende van besturingsoplossingen om specialisten gericht te kunnen aansturen. Ervaren collega’s begeleiden je intensief bij het opbouwen van je projectleidersvaardigheden. Je krijgt ruimte om te leren van fouten en mag tien procent van je tijd besteden aan je ontwikkeling. Functie-inhoud - Vertaal klantvragen naar een heldere projectaanpak en technische oplossing - Leid interne deelprojecten of begeleid projecten bij de klant - Stuur functioneel ontwerpers, programmeurs en aannemers aan - Bewaak de planning, voortgang en onderlinge afstemming tijdens de realisatie - Adviseer klanten over technische keuzes en de uitvoering van het project - Stem werkzaamheden af met gebruikers, specialisten en leidinggevenden Functie-eisen - Je hebt een afgeronde technische hbo- of wo-opleiding, bijvoorbeeld elektrotechniek, werktuigbouwkunde of technische bedrijfskunde - Je begrijpt technische ontwerpen en kunt ontwerpers en programmeurs inhoudelijk aansturen - Je hebt bij voorkeur enkele jaren ervaring in industriële automatisering of elektrotechniek - Je wilt groeien in het leiden van technische projecten - Je bouwt goede relaties op met gebruikers, technische specialisten en leidinggevenden - Je neemt verantwoordeli.
