Als Junior Projectleider K&L ben jij het aanspreekpunt voor diverse infrastructurele projecten waarbij kabels en leidingen worden aangelegd, vervangen of onderhouden. Je werkt nauw samen met ervaren projectleiders en krijgt de ruimte om jezelf te ontwikkelen tot een volwaardige projectleider. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de dagelijkse aansturing van projecten, waarbij je zorgt voor een vlekkeloze uitvoering binnen planning, budget en kwaliteitseisen. Je schakelt met verschillende disciplines zoals uitvoerders, werkvoorbereiders, calculatoren en externe partijen. Daarnaast ben je het gezicht naar de opdrachtgever en zorg je voor heldere communicatie gedurende het gehele project. Jouw werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit: - Coördineren en aansturen van projecten in de aanleg van kabels en leidingen; - Bewaken van planning, budget en kwaliteit tijdens de uitvoering; - Fungeren als aanspreekpunt voor opdrachtgevers, onderaannemers en interne disciplines; - Voorbereiden en bijwonen van voortgangsmeetings en oplevermomenten; - Signaleren van risico's en kansen en hierop proactief acteren; - Bijdragen aan de continue verbetering van werkprocessen en veiligheid op de projecten; - Ondersteunen van de projectleider bij complexere vraagstukken en besluitvorming.

Je krijgt volop kansen om door te groeien naar een volledige projectleidersrol. Door middel van interne opleidingen, coaching en het opdoen van praktijkervaring bouw je stap voor stap aan jouw expertise. Je kunt doorgroeien naar projectleider, senior projectleider of zelfs een rol in de directie. De organisatie investeert graag in jouw ontwikkeling en biedt concrete opleidingstrajecten zoals cursussen in contractmanagement, planningstools en leiderschapsontwikkeling.
