Zet jij graag ideeën om in concrete resultaten? Als Junior Projectmanager werk je aan technische projecten binnen de hightech maakindustrie in regio Eindhoven. Je houdt overzicht, verbindt mensen en zorgt dat projecten stap voor stap vooruitgaan. Wat ga je doen? Als Junior Projectmanager werk je voor onze opdrachtgever aan uiteenlopende projecten binnen een technische productieomgeving. Je ondersteunt bij projecten rondom productie, procesverbetering, nieuwe producten en technische veranderingen. Daarbij bewaak je de planning en zorg je dat betrokken collega’s weten wat er moet gebeuren. Je werkt veel samen met engineering, productie, supply chain en kwaliteit. Door informatie uit verschillende disciplines samen te brengen, houd je grip op de voortgang. Je signaleert knelpunten op tijd en bespreekt deze met de projectmanager en andere betrokkenen. Gaandeweg krijg je steeds meer verantwoordelijkheid. Je leert hoe projecten binnen de hightech maakindustrie worden opgebouwd en uitgevoerd. Zo ontwikkel je jezelf op het gebied van projectmanagement, stakeholdermanagement, planning en procesverbetering. Jouw werkzaamheden - Ondersteunen bij de voorbereiding en uitvoering van technische projecten; - Opstellen en bewaken van projectplanningen en actielijsten; - Afstemmen met engineering, productie, supply chain en kwaliteit; - Volgen van projectvoortgang, deadlines en belangrijke mijlpalen; - Signaleren van risico’s en knelpunten binnen projecten; - Voorbereiden en vastleggen van projectoverleggen; - Meewerken aan verbeteringen binnen productie- en projectprocessen. Wat heb jij in huis? Je hebt een afgeronde hbo-opleiding of wo-opleiding in (Technische) Bedrijfskunde, Industrial Engineering, Werktuigbouwkunde, Supply Chain Management of een vergelijkbare technische richting. Je werkt gestructureerd en houdt overzicht wanneer meerdere werkzaamheden tegelijk lopen. Communiceren met verschillende afdelingen gaat je goed af en je durft vragen te stellen wanneer informatie on.
