Hoe ziet jouw dag als Junior Sales Advisor eruit?

  • Allereerst adviseer, informeer en begeleid je klanten in de showroom bij hun zoektocht naar een ideale auto. Je geeft gedetailleerde uitleg over de verschillende modellen wagens die beschikbaar zijn.
  • Maar jouw taken stoppen niet zodra een auto is verkocht. Integendeel! Je zorgt voor een kwalitatieve opvolging van het verkoopproces om een langdurige relatie met de klant op te bouwen en hoge klanttevredenheid te garanderen.
  • Als proactieve Sales Advisor speur je daarnaast voortdurend naar commerciële opportuniteiten door potentiële klanten te prospecteren.
  • Dan is het tijd voor administratie! Je bent o.a. verantwoordelijk voor het in orde brengen van verzekeringspapieren, betalingspapieren…
  • Je rapporteert tot slot dagelijks aan de Sales Manager of Vestigingsdirecteur.
  • Tijdens rustige momenten zie je het zeker zitten om collega's van het Fleet team bij te staan.

  • Je bent een commercieel natuurtalent.
  • Een vlotte babbel en een luisterend oor zijn jouw sterke punten.
  • Je bent resultaatgericht en haalt voldoening uit het overtuigen en adviseren van anderen.
  • Je hebt een eerste ervaring in een commerciële functie.
  • Klantgerichtheid staat bij jou hoog in het vaandel: je streeft ernaar om elke klant een buitengewone ervaring te bieden.
  • Je bent bereid om op zaterdag te werken.
