FUNCTIE OMSCHRIJVING

Heb jij een passie voor sales en een wetenschappelijke achtergrond in chemie? Wil jij jouw kennis gebruiken om klanten te adviseren en het klantenbestand uit te breiden in de chemische sector? Dan is deze Junior Sales functie wellicht iets voor jou!

Wat houdt deze functie in?

Als Junior Sales ben je verantwoordelijk voor het beheren van bestaande klanten en het actief prospecteren van nieuwe klanten. Je zult een commerciële rol vervullen waarbij je niet alleen zorgt voor klanttevredenheid, maar ook netwerk events bijwoont. Je werkt nauw samen met andere afdelingen om klanten te voorzien van de juiste producten en diensten. Je speelt een belangrijke rol in het uitbreiden van het klantenbestand.

PROFIEL

  • Je hebt een bachelor- of masterdiploma in chemie (of een verwante wetenschappelijke richting)
  • Je hebt een sterke interesse in sales en het ontwikkelen van commerciële relaties.
  • Je hebt een proactieve houding en bent niet bang om cold calls te doen en nieuwe contacten te leggen via netwerk events.
  • Je hebt goede communicatievaardigheden en kunt klanten goed adviseren.
  • Je werkt van maandag tot vrijdag van 09:00 tot 17:00 uur op kantoor.
  • Je hebt een goede kennis van Nederlands en Engels. Kennis van Frans is een plus, maar geen vereiste.

AANBOD

  • Loon: Junior Sales: €2.500 - €2.800 bruto per maand. Ervaren Salesprofielen: €3.500 - €3.750 bruto per maand (afhankelijk van ervaring).
  • Werkuren: Kantooruren van 09:00 tot 17:00 uur, van maandag tot vrijdag.
  • Groei: Na een jaar in dienst kan je mogelijk een bedrijfswagen krijgen bij een vast contract.
  • Opleidingen: Je krijgt de kans om jezelf verder te ontwikkelen in de saleswereld en meer te leren over het klantenbeheer in de chemische sector.
  • Commerciële uitdaging: Je krijgt de mogelijkheid om jouw commerciële vaardigheden verder te ontwikkelen en een netwerk op te bouwen in de industrie.
