Wir suchen 1 Junior Sales Manager Europe (w/m/d) Wir stehen für Qualität, Innovation und partnerschaftliche Zusammenarbeit. Unsere Produkte kommen in unterschiedlichsten Branchen zum Einsatz und tragen dazu bei, Oberflächen langlebig, hochwertig und zukunftsorientiert zu gestalten.

Bei uns übernimmst du Verantwortung, bringst eigene Ideen ein und entwickelst dich in einem internationalen Umfeld weiter - für eine zielgerichtete Einarbeitung wird gesorgt; nach einem halben Jahr übernimmst du eine eigene Vertriebsniederlassung oder ein ausgewähltes Marktsegment und treibst hier die Verkäufe voran.

Du möchtest im internationalen Vertrieb mitgestalten, Marktsegmente weiterentwickeln und eng mit europäischen Teams zusammenarbeiten? Dann werde Teil von TIGER Coatings und unterstütze uns als Junior Sales Manager Europe. Das Mindestbruttogehalt laut KV Chemische Industrie beträgt EUR 4.355,55 monatlich auf Basis Vollzeit. Eine Überbezahlung ist bei entsprechender Berufserfahrung und Qualifikation selbstverständlich möglich

Ihre Aufgaben

* Du unterstützt europäische Vertriebsverantwortliche bei Marktstrategie, Marketing, Kundenentwicklung und Vertriebsaktivitäten.

* Du arbeitest mit lokalen Geschäftsführungen und Sales Teams zusammen und begleitest ausgewählte europäische Niederlassungen.

* Du betreust wichtige Kunden, identifizierst neue Marktchancen und wirkst bei der Neukundengewinnung mit.

* Du unterstützt Planung, Budgetierung, Forecasts, Reporting und Vertriebscontrolling.

* Du analysierst Märkte, Wettbewerbsumfeld und Kundenbedürfnisse und leitest daraus konkrete Vertriebsimpulse ab.

* Du begleitest Produkt- und Projektmanagement-Themen, Produkteinführungen, Sales Tools, Trainings und Kundenevents.

* Du bist regelmäßig in Europa unterwegs, um Kunden, Märkte und Teams vor Ort kennenzulernen und zu unterstützen.

Ihr Profil

* Abgeschlossene Ausbildung oder Studium mit Schwerpunkt Vertrieb, Marketing, International Business oder einer vergleichbaren Fachrichtung.

* Mindestens drei Jahre Erfahrung im internationalen Vertrieb, Produktmanagement oder in einem Industrieunternehmen.

* Erfahrung in der Lack-, Beschichtungs- oder einer verwandten Industrie ist von Vorteil.

* Freude an internationaler Zusammenarbeit, Kund:innenkontakt und strategischer Marktbearbeitung.

* Sicherer Umgang mit Microsoft Office; SAP-Erfahrung ist von Vorteil.

* Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse; weitere Sprachen sind ein Plus.

* Strukturierte Arbeitsweise, unternehmerisches Denken und Erfahrung in Vertriebs-, Produkt- oder Projektmanagement.

* Teamgeist, Kommunikationsstärke, Verantwortungsbewusstsein und Reisebereitschaft von ca. 30-40 %.
