Wir bauen Micro Greens an - in einer Vertical-Farming-Anlage im Marchfeld, gleich vor Wien. Ohne Pestizide, ohne Wetterrisiko, mit 90 % weniger Wasser als im konventionellen Feldanbau, 365 Tage im Jahr. Unsere Greens schmecken, gönnen dem Boden eine Pause und stehen schon in einigen der besten Küchen des Landes.

Jetzt wollen wir weiterwachsen - im Gastronomie-Großhandel in Österreich, Deutschland, Ungarn und Italien. Dafür suchen wir dich. 1 (Junior) Sales Manager_in (m/w/d) DEINE ROLLE

Du machst Herbeus im Gastronomie-Großhandel bekannt - in Österreich, Deutschland, Ungarn und Italien. Du lernst unsere Märkte kennen, baust dir deinen eigenen Kundenstamm auf und hast dabei ein eingespieltes Team im Rücken.

* Du verantwortest die Neukundenakquise und baust dir Schritt für Schritt einen eigenen Kundenstamm im Gastronomie-Großhandel und HORECA-Umfeld auf.

* Du besuchst Großhändler und Gemüsehändler persönlich und entwickelst gemeinsam mit dem Team die passende Lösung.

* Du begleitest Verhandlungen vom ersten Kontakt bis zum Abschluss.

* Du repräsentierst Herbeus auf Branchen- und Gastronomiemessen und baust unser Netzwerk weiter aus.

* Du vertrittst den Vertriebsinnendienst bei Urlaub und Krankheit.

* Du arbeitest eng mit dem Team in Raasdorf zusammen - Vertrieb und Produktion sitzen bei uns unter einem Dach.

DAS BRINGST DU MIT

* Mindestens 1-2 Jahre Erfahrung im B2B-Vertrieb.

* Erfahrung im Gastronomie-Großhandel, Lebensmittelhandel oder HORECA-Umfeld ist ein klarer Vorteil - Gastronomie-Erfahrung hilft dir, unsere Kunden zu verstehen.

* Ein kaufmännischer Hintergrund ist von Vorteil, aber kein Muss.

* Du gehst offen auf Menschen zu - ehrlich, herzlich und verbindlich - und bleibst dran, bis der Abschluss steht.

* Reisebereitschaft in allen vier Märkten (Führerschein der Klasse B) und die Bereitschaft, mindestens 3 Tage pro Woche vor Ort in Raasdorf zu sein.

* Deutsch auf C1- und Englisch auf B2-Niveau; Ungarisch oder Italienisch sind ein Plus.

* Struktur und ein gutes Gespür für Zahlen - du weißt jederzeit, wo du stehst.

DAS BEKOMMST DU VON UNS

* Fixgehalt plus leistungsbezogenem Bonus. Das Mindestgehalt für diese Stelle liegt bei € 3.500 brutto/Monat (14 Monatsgehälter bei Vollzeit); eine Überzahlung je nach Erfahrung und Qualifikation ist selbstverständlich.
