Für unser Sales Team der Foodworks suchen wir eine/n Junior Sales Manager (m/w/d). Was Dich erwartet Vertrieb unserer Rindfleischprodukte aus den europäischen Schlacht- & Zerlegebetrieben sowie von ausgewählten Supply-Partnern in den Märkten Frankreich, Italien und Griechenland Umsetzung unserer Vertriebsstrategie und Führung von Vertragsverhandlungen zur langfristigen Entwicklung unserer Kunden Planung und Durchführung strukturierter Kundenbesuche in deiner Vertriebsregion Ausbau des bestehenden Geschäfts sowie nachhaltige Steigerung des Absatzvolumens Weiterentwicklung des Geschäfts mit Foodservice- & Industriekunden Unterstützung beim Ausbau neuer Key Account Kunden in Frankreich, Italien und Griechenland Verantwortung für Forderungsmanagement und Reklamationsbearbeitung Abstimmung der Kundenmargen mit den Werken und dem Management Pflege von Kundenstammdaten, sowie Erstellung regelmäßiger KPI-Reportings Was wir erwarten Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung, idealerweise mit Bezug zur Lebensmittelbranche Erste Berufserfahrung in einer vergleichbaren Vertriebsposition Kenntnisse des Rindfleischmarktes sowie erste Erfahrungen im Bereich Schlachtung, Zerlegung oder Fleischvertrieb sind von Vorteil Erste Erfahrungen in der Preis- und Produktkalkulation Ausgeprägtes Vertriebsverständnis mit Fokus auf Kundenorientierung & Profitabilität Gute Kenntnisse der relevanten Vertriebskanäle im Foodservice- und Industriebereich Ausgeprägte Kommunikations-, Netzwerk- und Verhandlungsstärke Leidenschaft für Lebensmittel und den internationalen Vertrieb Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office, insbesondere Excel Verhandlungssichere Italienisch- & Englischkenntnisse, Französisch-/ Spanisch-/ Portugiesischkenntnisse sind von Vorteil Was wir bieten Wir sind ein Unternehmen mit flachen Hierarchien, werteorientierten Unternehmenskultur und einer ausgeprägten Kunden­orien­tierung in einem speziellen Markt.
